Change of mind

Please choose products carefully as we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. If you change your mind, we can offer a store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit, items must be unused and in its original packaging (tags, stickers etc.).

To request for a credit note:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item with your order number/proof of purchase at info@virikids.com.au – we will confirm we’ve received your request to begin the process and send you the return address
  2. At the buyer’s cost, return the unused item to the return address provided to your email. Please use tracked postage to ensure your item does not get lost. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels.
    NOTE: Items sent back to us without prior store credit request will not be accepted.
  3. Once we have received and checked the items, we will email you store credit to the value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping fees).

Damaged and faulty product

At Viri Kids, we take pride in our high quality products and always endeavour to ensure that you are totally satisfied with our products. In the case you received damaged/faulty item, you are entitled for a replacement, a store credit or a refund.

Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with the proof of purchase and photographs of the fault and we will assess the claim.

We will notify you if we require you to return the item to us (we will cover the postage for returns of damaged/faulty items) and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange, store credit or refund was approved or not.

For refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the claim has been approved.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received the refund more than 15 business days since the return was approved, please contact us at info@virikids.com.au.

Please note that damage/faults from misuse, general wear & tear or from not following proper care instructions is not covered by this return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card.
